I consider the death of net neutrality as part of the larger War on Information that the Trump administration has been waging. Think about it: we would have to pay extra to fact-check dubious information, or to spread that fact-check to others. Innovations in science and technology will be stifled because of this limited access to research and communication. It’s a perfect plan to only feed people information that you want them to know.
